What information we collect
When you fill in our contact form, appointment form, or newsletter signup, you share your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to add it), organisation name, and a message or requirement. We only collect what you type into those forms — nothing more.
If you just browse the site without filling in a form, we may collect basic technical data through cookies and analytics tools (such as which pages you visited and how long you spent on them). This data is not linked to your name or identity.
We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your contact or appointment form information to respond to your inquiry, understand what kind of support you’re looking for, and set up a consultation if you want one.
We use newsletter signups to send occasional updates about POSH and POCSO compliance. You can unsubscribe at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
We use basic browsing data to understand how people use this site so we can improve it.
What we do not do with your information
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If we ever use a third-party tool that handles your data on our behalf (such as an email platform or analytics service), we use only reputable providers and ensure they handle data responsibly. We do not authorise any third party to use your information for purposes beyond what we’ve described here.
A specific note if you’ve reached out about a POSH complaint or sensitive matter
If you contact us regarding an active complaint, inquiry, or a matter involving personal safety at work — whether by email, phone, or through this site — that information is held with strict confidentiality. This is not just a policy position: under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, confidentiality in complaint-related proceedings is a legal requirement, and we take it seriously.
Information shared in the context of a complaint or case is never used for marketing, is not part of any general mailing list, and is not disclosed to any third party except as required by law.
How long we keep your information
Contact and appointment form inquiries: we keep these for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and to follow up on an engagement. If nothing progresses, we do not hold onto your data indefinitely.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Engagement and case-related records: retained as required by applicable law and professional standards, including the POSH Act’s record-keeping provisions where relevant.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and existing Indian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Correct any information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your data (where we are not legally required to retain it)
- Withdraw consent for communication at any time
